What are the conditions for getting a refund?

  • You can get a refund or a free replacement for any order you place within 7 days of the date it was delivered, as long as the goods are broken or don't work.
  • Items that have already been replaced or switched out can't be returned or refunded.
  • All refunds will be given back to you in the form of store coupons that you can use on future sales.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we get your goods, the refund process will start within 24 to 48 hours. Once started, you'll get a store coupon code within 24 hours that you can use to place new orders.

I haven't gotten my money back yet. What do I need to do?

  • Once we've started the refund process, we let our buyers know through emails.
  • If our last email said that the return process had been started, please wait for the process to finish.
  • You can write to us at if you have any questions.

Requests for a return, refund, or change must be sent within 7 days of the date of delivery. After 7 days, we won't be interested in your request.

We reserve the right to turn down any returns if we decide that the item doesn't meet the requirements for a return.
