Unfortunately, we cannot fix blurry or poor-quality pictures, and orders with such images are not eligible for returns or refunds.

** Note :- For your privacy, we are very careful with any pictures we get and delete them for good after using them for customization.

You have three days from the date of delivery to ask for a refund or exchange because of our three-day return policy.

Your item needs to meet these requirements to be eligible for a return or replacement.

1. If there is a discrepancy between the product you ordered and the one you received.
2. The second scenario is when the goods is damaged upon arrival.

At your convenience, we will promptly replace it or refund you in full or in part.

The samples are normally processed in two to four business days, and then they are delivered in three to seven business days, depending on where you are (a total of eight to ten days).
